工程机械液压缸在工程机械设备中占有重要的地位,是工程机械的执行元件,而缸筒是其关键件,其制造质量将直接影响到设备的正常工作和使用寿命。缸筒内孔采用普通珩磨工艺时,油石易堵塞,加工效率低,噪声大,加工表面质量差。因此,生产厂家迫切希望找到一种有效解决上述问题的新型加工方法。针对工程机械液压缸缸筒内孔的传统珩磨方法存在的问题,论述了超声珩磨的新型加工方法,分析了该方法的特点、原理和装置。超声珩磨是一种脉冲加工方法,具有珩磨力小、珩磨温度低、油石不易堵塞、加工精度高、表面质量好、加工效率高、工件滑动面耐磨性高、成品率高、油石耐用度高等一系列优点,可以大幅度提高缸筒内孔的加工精度和表面质量,有效解决上述问题。
