直升机复合材料旋翼桨叶的制造,是国外近十几年发展起来的一项新技术。与金属桨叶相比,它具有疲劳强度高。易成型、安全性好、成本低等优点。为了尽快研究突破这种新技术,航空工业部于1977年组织五五○厂、南京航院、北京航院等单位开展了预研工作。本课题的主要目的是,通过对一种型号机种复合材料桨叶的设计、研制,提出复合材料桨叶设计计算、成型工艺、选材、桨叶试验等
The manufacture of helicopter composite rotor blades is a new technology developed in recent 10 years abroad. It has high fatigue strength compared to metal blades. Easy to shape, good safety, low cost and so on. In order to study and make breakthroughs in this new technology as soon as possible, the Ministry of Aeronautical Industry organized a batch of pre-research work in 1977 at the No.505 Factory, Nanjing Airlines and Beijing Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. The main purpose of this subject is to design and develop the composite blade of one type of aircraft, and to put forward the design, calculation, forming technology, material selection and paddle test of the composite blade
