自十八届四中全会审议通过了《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》之后,我国积极推动全面依法治国,完善法律体系,促进法律制度的实施的同时,我们面对着基层司法队伍建设缺少人才的问题。本文从高校法学院对基层单位的态度入手,分析法学院学生不愿奔赴基层法院原因,法学院学生对基层法院队伍建设的重要性及如何鼓励法学院学生奔赴基层三个问题。通过这三个问题的阐述分析得出相关部门应当积极采取措施,鼓励并吸引高校法学院奔赴基层,为我国基层司法制度的完善与进步贡献一份力量。
Since the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee has reviewed and passed the Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Some Important Issues in Ruling the Country by Law, our country actively promotes the rule of law in a comprehensive manner, perfects the legal system and promotes the implementation of the legal system. At the same time, Judicial team building lack of talent. This article starts with the attitudes toward grassroots units of law schools in colleges and universities and analyzes the reasons why law school students do not want to go to grassroots courts. The importance of law school students in building grassroots courts and how to encourage law students to go to the grassroots. Through elaboration and analysis of these three issues, it is concluded that the relevant departments should take active measures to encourage and attract university law schools to go to the grassroots level and contribute to the improvement and progress of the grassroots judicial system in our country.
