目的建立用离子色谱法测定注射用头孢噻肟钠中的残留2-乙基己酸的定量检测方法与气相色谱进行比较。方法 20 mmol/L氢氧化钾淋洗液,AS11-HC(250*4mm)色谱柱,流速:1.2 m L/min。结果2-乙基己酸浓度在0~10.28μg/m L范围内,与峰面积呈良好线性关系,Y=0.0203x-0.0004,r=0.9999。结论与气相色谱法比较离子色谱法测定头孢噻肟钠中残留的2-乙基己酸样品用量少,前处理简单、环保,分析快捷、准确。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the quantitative determination of residual 2-ethylhexanoic acid in cefotaxime sodium for injection by ion chromatography and compare with gas chromatography. Methods 20 mmol / L potassium hydroxide eluent and AS11-HC (250 * 4 mm) column were used. The flow rate was 1.2 m L / min. Results The concentration of 2-ethylhexanoate was in the range of 0-10.28μg / m L with a good linear relationship with the peak area, Y = 0.0203x-0.0004, r = 0.9999. Conclusion Compared with GC, the amount of 2-ethylhexanoic acid residue in cefotaxime sodium determined by ion chromatography is less, the pretreatment is simple, environmental protection, the analysis is quick and accurate.
