主题发言教研组是学校开展教学研究的基本组织单位,它是以学科教师为单位,以课堂教学研究为主进行的理论及实践研究机构。在小学阶段,基于历史原因和现状,很多学校的领导和一线教师对教研组认识模糊,在功能运行上没有科学的章法,导致教研组活动低效。新课程改革对教师的专业发展提出了新的更高要求。如何引领教师立足岗位,通过自我反思、同伴互助、专业引领,构建研修共同体,从而有效提高教育教学效率成为教研组面对的一项难题。在广泛调研的基础上,我们从教研组发展现状出发,通过课题引领和评优活动推进,在探寻提高教研组活动有效性的策略方面进行了持续研究并取得了较好的效果。
Keynote Speech The teaching and research group is the basic organizational unit for carrying out teaching and research in schools. It is a theoretical and practical research institution that is mainly composed of subject teachers and classroom teaching and research. In the primary school stage, due to historical reasons and the status quo, many school leaders and front-line teachers have a vague understanding of the teaching and research group and no scientific rules in the functioning of the teaching and research result in inefficient teaching and research group activities. The new curriculum reform has put new and higher requirements on the professional development of teachers. How to lead teachers in positions of responsibility, through self-reflection, peer assistance, professional guidance, build training community, so as to effectively improve the efficiency of education and teaching has become a difficult problem facing teaching and research group. On the basis of extensive research, based on the current situation of teaching and research group, we conducted continuous research and achieved good results in exploring ways to improve the effectiveness of teaching and research group through project lead and evaluation activities.
