Perfecting and developing enterprise groups is an important measure for the reform of China’s economic system, and perfecting and developing enterprise groups must establish a supporting system that is compatible with its organizational structure. The supporting system within the enterprise group includes many aspects such as the leadership system, the distribution system, and the labor system.
