In order to strengthen the quality inspection of water conservancy and hydropower projects and ensure the quality of water conservancy and hydropower projects, the Jilin Provincial Department of Water Resources complies with the requirements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on strengthening the quality management of infrastructure projects and the Ministry of Water Resources’ Quality Management Regulations for Water Conservancy Projects in conjunction with the construction of water conservancy and hydropower in our province. The actual situation was issued by the Jilin Water Resources Department in Jilin Water Resources Letter [1999] No. 52 to confirm the Jilin Water Resources Division.
