细胞红蛋白(cytoglob in,CYGB)是新发现的第4种携氧球蛋白,其基因序列与血红蛋白、肌红蛋白及脑红蛋白有明显的序列同源性。人CYGB为单拷贝基因,定位于染色体17q25,cDNA序列全长共5 188 bp,开放阅读框为522 bp,可编码190个氨基酸。CYGB主要以单体形式存在于成纤维细胞及神经元细胞中,组织分布广泛。CYGB呈六配位脱氧亚铁(Fe2+)形态,具有较强的氧亲和力,与胶原形成有关,且可能具有氧气载体与储氧、氧感受器、一氧化氮解毒、抗氧自由基、生物酶和神经保护等功能。CYGB的表达受缺氧诱导。
Cytoglobin (CYGB) is a newly discovered fourth kind of oxygen-carrying globulin. Its gene sequence has obvious sequence homology with hemoglobin, myoglobin and neuroglobin. Human CYGB is a single copy gene and locates on chromosome 17q25. The full-length cDNA sequence of CYGB is 5 188 bp in length and has an open reading frame of 522 bp encoding a protein of 190 amino acids. CYGB mainly in the form of monomer exists in fibroblasts and neuronal cells, tissue widely distributed. CYGB has hexacoordinated Fe2 + form, has strong oxygen affinity and is related to collagen formation, and may have oxygen carrier and oxygen storage, oxygen sensor, nitric oxide detoxification, antioxidant free radical, biological enzyme and Neuroprotection and other functions. CYGB expression is induced by hypoxia.
