第一条为了规范订立和履行劳动合同的行为,加强劳动合同管理,维护劳动关系双方的合法权益,根据《中华人民共和国劳动法》及有关法律、法规,并结合本省实际情况,制定本规定。第二条本规定适用于本省行政区域内的各类企业、个体经济组织(以下简称用人单位)和与之形成劳动关系的劳动者。国家机关、事业组织、社会团体和与之建立劳动合同关系的劳动者,依照本规定执行。第三条县级以上人民政府劳劫和社会保障行政部门负责本行政区域内的劳动合同的管理工作。
Article 1 These Provisions are formulated in accordance with the “Labor Law of the People's Republic of China” and other relevant laws and regulations as well as the actual conditions in the province in order to regulate the act of concluding and performing labor contracts, strengthen the management of labor contracts and safeguard the lawful rights and interests of both parties. Article 2 These Provisions shall apply to all kinds of enterprises and individual economic organizations (hereinafter referred to as employers) within the administrative region of this province and laborers with whom labor relations are formed. State organs, public institutions, social organizations and laborers with whom labor contracts are established shall be implemented in accordance with these Provisions. Article 3 The labor-robbery and social security administrative departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the administration of labor contracts in their own administrative areas.
