脉冲电压下尼龙的激光触发沿面闪络特性

为研究脉冲电压下的激光触发沿面闪络特性,在试验系统中建立了精确的激光触发沿面闪络试验系统,解决了激光脉冲与试品上所加脉冲电压的同步问题,在此基础上应用平板电极和柱状尼龙绝缘材料进行了激光触发沿面闪络试验。试验中采用60 mm直径的铜材料平板电极,试品为20 mm直径、6、8、10 mm厚的尼龙材料圆柱绝缘材料,试验中激光波长为10645、32 nm并聚焦成2 mm×30 mm的长方形光斑,得到在不同的激光能量密度及施加电压下的闪络时延和抖动时间,并探讨了激光触发沿面闪络的机理。研究表明:激光能量密度越大、施加电压越高,闪络时延和抖动时间越小。 In order to study the flashover characteristics of laser triggered creeping flashover under pulsed voltage, an accurate laser triggered creeping flashover test system was established in the experimental system to solve the problem of the synchronization between the laser pulse and the pulsed voltage applied to the sample. On this basis, Flat-plate electrodes and columnar nylon insulation materials were tested by laser flashover flashover test. A 60 mm diameter copper plate electrode was used in the test. The test sample was a 20 mm diameter, 6, 8 and 10 mm thick cylindrical dielectric made of nylon material. The laser wavelength was 10645 and 32 nm and was focused to 2 mm × 30 mm The rectangular flashing spots are obtained, and the flashover delay and jitter time under different laser energy densities and applied voltages are obtained. The mechanism of laser flashover is also discussed. The results show that the larger the laser energy density, the higher the applied voltage, the smaller the flashover delay and jitter time.
