[目的]研究喘宁颗粒对哮喘大鼠肥大细胞以及内皮素(ET-1)含量的影响。[方法]用放免法测定卵蛋白诱发的哮喘大鼠肺组织和血清中ET-1的含量;观察哮喘大鼠肺泡灌洗液中肥大细胞脱颗粒和凋亡细胞的变化。[结果]喘宁颗粒能降低哮喘大鼠肺组织和血清中ET-1的含量;减少肺泡灌洗液中肥大细胞脱颗粒和凋亡的数量。[结论]喘宁颗粒可能通过降低哮喘大鼠肺组织和血清中ET-1的含量;减少肺泡灌洗液中肥大细胞脱颗粒和凋亡的数量来发挥其平喘作用。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of Chuanning granule on the content of mast cells and endothelin (ET-1) in asthmatic rats. [Method] The content of ET-1 in lung tissue and serum of asthmatic rats induced by ovalbumin was determined by radioimmunoassay. The changes of degranulation and apoptosis of mast cells in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of asthmatic rats were observed. [Result] Chuanning Granule can reduce the content of ET-1 in lung tissue and serum of asthmatic rats and reduce the number of mast cells degranulation and apoptosis in BALF. [Conclusion] Chuanning Granule can exert its anti-asthmatic effect by decreasing the content of ET-1 in the lung tissues and serum of asthmatic rats and decreasing the number of degranulation and apoptosis of mast cells in the alveolar lavage fluid.
