本文收集1981年6月～1994年11月慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎(简称溃结)97例.97例临床表现、乙状纤维肠镜、X线钡剂灌肠及病理检查均符合1978年溃结的诊断标准和1992年的补充诊断标准.溃结有肠道外合并症和肠道本身合并症,现将肠道外合并症分析如下,以提高对本病的认识.
