针对鼓式制动器制动过程中的振动噪声问题,通过对鼓式制动器制动过程激振力频率进行计算,对制动器结构进行改进,并将改进的结构分别进行有限元及试验验证,从而得到一种抑制鼓式制动器振动噪声的结构改进方法。研究结果表明,改进结构方法能够明显抑制制动振动噪声现象,结构改进后模型在激振力大小附近并没有共振点,试验结果与仿真结果相关性高。
Aiming at the problem of vibration and noise during the braking process of drum brakes, the brake structure is improved by calculating the exciting frequency of the brake during drum brakes, and the improved structure is verified by finite element and experiment respectively to obtain a Structure improvement method of restraining vibration noise of drum brake. The results show that the improved structure method can significantly suppress the phenomenon of brake vibration and noise. The improved model has no resonance point near the magnitude of the exciting force, and the test results are highly correlated with the simulation results.
