对不同病期流行性出血热病人的骨髓细胞,进行了电镜观察,可见白细胞和血小板的超微结构发生不同程度的变化。以病人骨髓接种的Vero-E_6细胞,经过培养、传代,在细胞中观察到流行性出血热病毒。骨髓细胞的变化则是病毒在骨髓中增殖,引起损伤的结果。
The electron microscopy of bone marrow cells in patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever in different stages showed that the ultrastructure of leukocytes and platelets changed to varying degrees. Vero-E_6 cells inoculated with patient’s bone marrow were cultured, passaged and epidemic hemorrhagic fever virus was observed in the cells. The change in bone marrow cells is the result of the virus multiplying in the bone marrow and causing damage.
