一、概述许多化工容器要对其表面进行搪瓷烧结处理。烧结过程是在容器表面喷涂底釉或面釉后,在大型罩式电炉内进行焙烧,对于不同的釉层有不同的烧成温度和时间要求。由于容器体积大,在炉体内各部位受热情况不同,往往在某部分达到和超过予定温度时,另一部分却迟迟达不到,影响了产品质量。过去,对电炉的炉温和烧成时间等都是由手工操作控制,往往因人而异,质量不稳定,能耗也大,一直无法总结出焙烧过程的最佳参数,对于高精度要求的产品更是无把握。根据搪瓷烧结工艺的要求,我们研制了一台《搪瓷烧结炉微机控制系统》,该系统可对不同大小的容器和釉层自动选用不同的予置温度和时间,自动将炉内各区温度控制在给定温度的±5℃以内,并在加温过程中对各区温度进行跟踪调节,达到均匀加热,每炉产品烧结完成后都打印在固定时间间隔内炉体上、中、下各区温度,以供对最佳参数的分析总结。
