公安院校法律课程本身保留深刻的理论和现实意义,具体表现为能够大幅度改善公安机构成员的基础性法律素养和实证调研技能,保证及时发现问题;再就是全方位检验国家警察法律素质构成,提出完善化的法律课程设置原则,做到全面提升和重点突破基础上,形成集合行政、警察和民法的法律课程体系,为后期教学和实战互动的教学目标贯彻落实,奠定基础。笔者的核心任务,便是集中探索公安院校法律课程的具体化革新和设置措施。
