目的探讨实时三平面超声心动图(RT-3PE)测量心室容积与心肌重量的可行性与准确性。方法应用RT-3PE采集15个双层橡胶水囊模型的超声图像,沿囊壁勾画并计算内、外囊的容积和囊间液体重量。同时在二维(2DE)超声心动图上采用Si mpson’s双平面法测定并计算内、外囊的容积和囊间液体重量。上述测值分别与实际注水量对照。结果RT-3PE可实时、直观、真实地显示心室模型的形态。2DE及RT-3PE上内囊容积及囊间液体重量测值与实际值比较均无显著差异(P>0.05),且相关性良好(r为0.919~0.984)。RT-3PE测量的百分误差与系统偏倚均较2DE小。结论RT-3PE可准确定量测量心室容积和心肌重量,为临床简便、快速地评价心室功能提供了一种新的方法。
Objective To investigate the feasibility and accuracy of real-time three-plane echocardiography (RT-3PE) in measuring ventricular volume and myocardial mass. Methods Fifteen double-layer rubber balloon models were collected by RT-3PE. Ultrasound images were drawn along the wall of the balloon. The volume of the inner and outer capsules and the weight of the interstitial fluid were calculated. At the same time, Si mpson’s biplane method was used to measure and calculate the volume of the inner and outer capsule and the weight of the intercapsular fluid in two-dimensional (2DE) echocardiography. The measured values were compared with the actual water injection. Results RT-3PE can display the morphology of ventricular model in real time, intuitively and truly. The 2DE and RT-3PE showed no significant difference in the values of internal capsule volume and intercapsular fluid (P> 0.05), and the correlation was good (r = 0.919-0.984). RT-3PE measurement of the percentage error and system bias than 2DE small. Conclusion RT-3PE can accurately measure the ventricular volume and myocardial weight, providing a new method for clinical evaluation of ventricular function in a simple and rapid manner.
