选用晋大52×晋大57杂交亲本和后代群体为试验材料,对杂交亲本及后代群体的贮藏蛋白各亚基间、亚基与品质性状、亚基与产量的关系进行了相关分析和通径分析。结果表明:7S球蛋白相对含量与11S球蛋白相对含量呈极显著负相关(-0.98),7S总含量与各组分都与脂肪含量呈不同程度正相关,7S组分间α’与β亚基呈极显著正相关(0.70),α亚基与产量呈显著正相关(0.53);通径分析显示,α’亚基含量对产量直接通径系数为负值(-0.626 4);α亚基和β亚基含量对产量直接通径系数均为正值(0.144 2和0.275 7),并都通过脂肪含量的提高对产量提高有明显贡献(0.240 8和0.359 8)。
The parents and offspring of Jinda52 × Jinda57 were used as experimental materials to analyze the relationships between the subunits and quality traits, subunits and yield of the hybrids and their progenies analysis. The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between the relative content of 7S globulin and the relative content of 11S globulin (-0.98), the total content of 7S was positively correlated with the content of fat and the content of α ’and β (0.70), and there was a significant positive correlation between α subunit and yield (0.53). Path analysis showed that the direct path coefficient of α ’subunit to yield was negative (-0.626 4) The direct path coefficient of yield and yield were both positive (0.144 2 and 0.275 7) and both contributed significantly to the increase of yield (0.240 8 and 0.359 8) through the increase of fat content.
