南水北调南干渠工程为浅埋暗挖隧洞,成型输水隧洞为两条内径3400mm的钢筋混凝土圆涵,隧洞主要采用一衬和二衬施工,二村为C30W10钢筋混凝土,混凝土浇筑采用模板台车施工,混凝土二衬浇注施工中,发现隧洞底部混凝土表面存在不同程度的气泡。为了减少混凝土外观气泡问题,采用透气性模布,解决混凝土表面气泡问题。通过在二衬实体上进行的透气性模布试验,研究透气性模布对改善混凝土外观质量缺陷的能力,总结透气性模布施工效果以及施工方法,为以后的类似工程积累经验。
The South Main Canal of South-to-North Water Diversion Project is a shallow-buried tunnel. The formed water tunnel is two reinforced concrete round culverts with an inner diameter of 3400mm. The tunnels are mainly constructed with one lining and two linings. The second village is C30W10 reinforced concrete. In the construction of concrete lining, it is found that there are different degrees of bubbles on the concrete surface at the bottom of the tunnel. In order to reduce the appearance of concrete bubbles, the use of breathable model cloth to solve the problem of air bubbles on the concrete surface. Through the permeability test on the second lining, the research on the ability of the breathable mold to improve the defects of appearance of the concrete, summarizing the construction effect and the construction method of the breathable mold, and accumulating experience for similar projects in the future.
