小小止血贴,并非万灵皮肤受到外伤后,第一时间使用止血贴,这是很多人的常规处理。但是,对于不同的创伤,止血的方式不能一概而论。首先,出血较多的伤口不宜用止血贴,而应及时去医院治疗。其次,小而深的伤口也不宜用止血贴,因为这样的伤口不易清洗干净,容易遗留异物和被细菌污染;对于动物咬、蜇造成的伤口,切忌使用止血贴,以免毒汁和病菌在伤口内蓄积或扩散。此外,污染较重的或已发生感染的伤口,较重或创面较宽的皮肤擦伤、烧伤和烫伤的创面,皮肤病创面等,均不宜使用止血贴。
