本研究用一种新的国产组织粘结剂——氰丙烯酸异丁酯(IBC)对34只家兔进行动脉栓塞。其中24只家兔分为5组,第1~4组(每组 n=5)为实验组,将 IBC 注入家兔的左耳中央动脉和左股浅动脉,第5组(n=4)为对照组,同名动脉内仅注入5%的葡 萄糖溶液。术后2、4、8、12周每组各处死1只家兔,观察动物在术中和术后各时期对 IBC 栓塞的反应,并对栓塞局部的动脉进行了组织学观察。此外还进行了 IBC 与另外两种国产组织粘结剂 CIBC 和TH 胶的栓塞的比较研究。本文证明,在本实验条件下 IBC 对家兔无全身副作用,在三种国产组织粘结剂中,IBC 的毒性反应最轻,主要表现为血管壁的异物巨细胞反应(FBGC)。本文对 IBC 的作用原理和用途进行了讨论。
In this study, 34 rabbits underwent arterial embolization with a new domestic tissue adhesive, isobutyl cyanoacrylate (IBC). 24 rabbits were divided into 5 groups. Groups 1 to 4 (n = 5 each group) were injected with IBC into the left central atrium and the left superficial femoral artery in rabbits. Group 5 (n = 4) For the control group, only 5% glucose solution was injected into the artery of the same name. One rabbits were sacrificed at 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks after operation respectively. The response of animals to IBC embolism during and after operation was observed. Histological examination of the local arterial embolization was performed. In addition, a comparative study of the embolization of IBC with two other homemade tissue adhesives, CIBC and TH, was also performed. This article demonstrates that IBC has no systemic side effects on rabbits under the conditions of this experiment. Among the three domestic tissue adhesives, IBC has the lightest toxic reaction, mainly showing foreign body giant cell reaction (FBGC) on the vascular wall. This article discusses the principles and uses of IBC.
