[前言]为贯彻执行国务院教育督导委员会办公室下发的《中小学校责任督学挂牌督导办法》,2014年初,我市聘请了一批责任督学开始实行挂牌督导。挂牌督导有利于转变政府管理职能,加强对学校的监督指导;有利于加强与学校和社会的联系,延伸教育督导的触角,及时发现和解决学校改革发展中的问题。在学校挂牌督导的过程中,我参与处理了一起由少儿多动症引发的“上访”事件,因事件具有一定的普遍性,在这里记录了一些反思体会,供 [Preface] In order to implement the “Measures for Supervision of Supervisory Boards of Primary and Secondary Schools,” promulgated by the Office of Education Steering Committee of the State Council, in early 2014, a batch of responsible supervisors were hired by the city to start supervisory supervision.
