[前言]为贯彻执行国务院教育督导委员会办公室下发的《中小学校责任督学挂牌督导办法》,2014年初,我市聘请了一批责任督学开始实行挂牌督导。挂牌督导有利于转变政府管理职能,加强对学校的监督指导;有利于加强与学校和社会的联系,延伸教育督导的触角,及时发现和解决学校改革发展中的问题。在学校挂牌督导的过程中,我参与处理了一起由少儿多动症引发的“上访”事件,因事件具有一定的普遍性,在这里记录了一些反思体会,供
[Preface] In order to implement the “Measures for Supervision of Supervisory Boards of Primary and Secondary Schools,” promulgated by the Office of Education Steering Committee of the State Council, in early 2014, a batch of responsible supervisors were hired by the city to start supervisory supervision. Listing supervision is conducive to the transformation of government management functions, strengthen supervision and guidance of the school; help to strengthen contact with schools and society, extending the tentacles of education supervision, timely detection and solution to the problems in the reform and development of schools. During the process of supervising in schools, I participated in the handling of the “petition” incident triggered by ADHD. Because of the generality of the incident, I recorded some reflections here for
