在商业世界剧烈变动的今天,传统的金字塔组织已经逐渐改变,取而代之的是组织扁平化和工作网络的形成。此时,经理人必须学会如何不靠传统的组织层级去运作,取而代之的是:经理人的新作风。1.和任何人沟通——只要有助于工作的完成。2.调整组织结构,以适应市场的改变。3.建立集体决策模式的风格。4.创造信息共享的环境。信息共享的意义在于尽可能地将有关公司的信息予以公开化及透明化。5.培养广泛的管理技能。
In today’s drastic changes in the business world, the traditional pyramid organization has gradually changed and replaced by the formation of flattening and working networks. At this point, managers must learn how to operate without relying on the traditional organizational hierarchy. Instead, they are managers’ new style of work. 1. Communicate with anyone - as long as it helps to complete the job. 2. Adjust organizational structure to adapt to changes in the market. 3. Establish a style of collective decision making. 4. Create an information sharing environment. The significance of information sharing is to make information about the company public and transparent as much as possible. 5. Develop extensive management skills.
