辽宁省积极响应国家号召,依据本省经济发展特点,大力发展职业教育,使得中等职业教育发展的规模和水平都有了大幅的扩大和提升。与此同时,辽宁职业教育发展也呈现出两级分化的态势,与经济发展不协调,与普通教育发展不协调,部分地区职业教育规模发展与教育资源量不协调。为实现区域职业教育均衡发展,辽宁省应加强政府统筹,实现职业教育布局均衡,加强职业教育基础能力建设,实现职业教育资源均衡,同时注重提高职业教育与社会发展的协调度。
Liaoning Province actively responded to the call of the country and vigorously developed vocational education according to the characteristics of its economic development. As a result, the scale and level of secondary vocational education have been greatly expanded and upgraded. At the same time, the development of vocational education in Liaoning Province has also shown a trend of two levels of differentiation. It is incompatible with economic development and uncoordinated with the development of general education. The development of vocational education in some areas is not coordinated with the amount of educational resources. In order to achieve a balanced development of regional vocational education, Liaoning Province should strengthen government coordination, achieve a balanced distribution of vocational education, strengthen the building of the basic ability of vocational education, achieve a balanced resource of vocational education, and pay attention to improving the coordination between vocational education and social development.
