目的:观察地格达-4味汤散乙醇提取物(无水乙醇)的解热镇痛实验及其作用机制,为地格达-4味汤散的临床应用提供有效的实验依据。方法:取清洁级昆明种小白鼠,体重(20±2)g,68只雌雄各半,随机分为空白对照组、地格达-4味汤散乙醇提取物(高、中、低剂量)给药组,除正常组外各组小鼠每天灌胃1次,连续7天,第7天给药后1h于小鼠背部皮下注射20%酵母悬液致热。观察比较空白对照组及不同剂量给药组的2、4、6、8h等时间点小鼠肛温情况,探讨解热作用;采用热板法,测定各组小鼠痛阈值,比较给药组与空白对照组小鼠痛反应潜伏期,探讨镇痛作用。结果:地格达-4味汤散乙醇提取物的高剂量组小鼠具有较好的解热作用,可延迟到8h;热板实验显示,小鼠痛反应潜伏期明显延长。结论:地格达-4味汤散具有解热作用,镇痛作用更明显。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the antipyretic and analgesic experiment and the mechanism of action of Gegenda - 4 Wei Tang decoction (ethanol), and to provide an effective experimental basis for the clinical application of Gege Da - 4 Wei Tang Powers. Methods: Clean Kunming mice were randomly divided into blank control group (20 ± 2) g and 68 male and female mice. The ethanol extract (high, middle and low dose) In addition to the normal group, mice in each group were given gavage once daily for 7 days, and the mice were subcutaneously injected with 20% yeast suspension on the 7th day after administration. The analgesia of the mice in the blank control group and the different dosage groups at different time points was observed and compared, and the antipyretic effect was observed. The pain threshold of the mice in each group was measured by hot plate method. Compared with the blank control group, the latency of pain reaction and the analgesic effect were investigated. Results: The mice in the high dose group of Daguo-4 Wei Tang decoction with ethanol extract had good antipyretic effect, which could be delayed to 8 hours. The hot plate experiment showed that the latency of pain reaction in mice was prolonged significantly. Conclusion: Decoction of Gege Da-4 Wei Tang has antipyretic effect, analgesic effect is more obvious.
