中国的房地产价格是否存在泡沫是近年来大家持续关注的一个话题,而用哪些指标来评价一国的房地产行业价格是否存在泡沫是很多学者关心的课题。在本文中,笔者综合前人的研究成果,利用改进的CAPM模型,设计出了判断房地产行业价格泡沫的模型,希望能抛砖引玉,引起相关研究者的重视。
