随着经济的发展和社会的进步,以及我国改革开放不断的深入,我国的国有企业思想政治工作面临着一系列的挑战和困境,在机遇和挑战并存的环境下,就必须要对当前的国有企业进行思想政治形势分析,并找出造成困境的原因,探索解决思想政治工作困境的方法,为国有企业的发展提供一定的借鉴作用。
