患者21岁,已婚。以停经5个月余,双下肢浮肿1个月为主诉于1986年12月3日入院。患者停经后有食欲不振、疲乏等早孕反应,而未感胎动。无服药史,非近亲婚配。体检:T37℃,P82/分,R20/分,BP122/80mmHg。发育正常,营养中等,神志清,重度水肿。心肺(-)。腹部膨隆,无压痛,肝脾触诊不满意,脊柱四肢无畸形,神经反射正常。实验室检查:血、尿常规(-),肝功能(-),BUN9mg％,
The patient is 21 years old and married. To menopause more than 5 months, two months lower extremity edema one month as the main complaint on December 3, 1986 admission. After menopause patients with loss of appetite, fatigue and other early pregnancy reaction, but did not feel fetal movement. No medication history, non-relatives marriage.
