目的探讨小儿体表淋巴管瘤的治疗方法。方法回顾分析2004年至2009年收治34例小儿体表淋巴管瘤手术和深部X线照射临床治疗。结果本组无1例死亡,1例出现淋巴瘘,2例出现局部复发。结论手法切除加深部线照射是小儿淋巴管瘤有效的治疗措施。
Objective To investigate the treatment of pediatric lymphangioma in the body. Methods Retrospective analysis from 2004 to 2009, 34 cases of pediatric lymphangioma surgery and deep X-ray clinical treatment. Results There were no deaths in this group, 1 case of lymphatic fistula, and 2 cases of local recurrence. Conclusion Manual excision of deep line irradiation is an effective treatment for children with lymphangioma.
