目的了解乡镇卫生院与卫生室医护人员的总体幸福感及其与相关因素的关系。方法采用总体幸福感量表(GWB),对240名贵州省余庆县乡镇基层医护工作者进行调查测评,并运用SPSS 16.0统计软件进行分析。结果医护人员总体幸福感在性别和类别上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同职称和不同学历层次的医护人员总体幸福感差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),医师和护士的“焦虑”因子差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),较高学历和较低学历医护人员的“精力”因子差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在新农合推进的背景下,管理者应当重视医护人员的总体幸福感及其相关因素,探讨对策提高医护人员的幸福感。
Objective To understand the general well-being of township hospitals and health clinics and their relationship with related factors. Methods The total happiness scale (GWB) was used to survey and evaluate 240 township primary care workers in Yuqing County, Guizhou Province. The data were analyzed by using SPSS 16.0 statistical software. Results There was no significant difference in gender and genders (P> 0.05). There was significant difference in overall well-being between health care workers with different professional titles and academic degrees (P <0.05) The difference of “anxiety” was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was significant difference between the “higher education” and the “low energy” (P <0.05). Conclusion In the context of the advancement of NCMS, managers should attach importance to the overall happiness of medical staff and their related factors, and explore ways to improve the happiness of medical staff.
