研究了在SolidWorks平台上进行采煤机截割部传动系统虚拟设计的方法。以SolidWorks Motion模块为基础,对截割部传动系统进行三维模型的数字化设计,完成虚拟装配,实现了截割部传动系统的建模、参数设计和仿真分析的自动化,提高了整体设计效率。 The method of virtual design of the drive system of shearer cutting section on SolidWorks platform is studied. Based on the SolidWorks Motion module, the digital design of the three-dimensional model of the transmission system of the cutting unit is completed, the virtual assembly is completed, the modeling, parametric design and simulation analysis of the transmission system of the cutting unit are automatized and the overall design efficiency is improved.
