当我们还在强调博物馆是一个城市的标志性建筑、一个城市的文化灵魂时,西方发达国家正在强调博物馆的社区化和无边界化,使博物馆无声地融入到社会中,融合社会存在的价值断层与文化裂缝。本文主要通过比较中外博物馆在管理、人员结构、藏品保护、藏品利用上的异同,发现西方博物馆在这几方面可供借鉴的经验和做法。
