系统研究热处理机制对纳米TiO2薄膜的结构和性能的影响,其中包括热处理对薄膜晶相、形貌成分、透光性、亲水性和光催化性能的影响。研究结果表明:热处理对材料的成分没有影响,材料常温相以锐钛矿相为主,经热处理后向金红石型转变;另外,掺杂由于引起晶格畸变,热处理以后有利于晶相转变,形成混晶结构。同时热处理时的材料由疏水性转变为亲水性。
The effects of heat treatment mechanism on the structure and properties of nano-TiO2 films were systematically studied, including the influence of heat treatment on the crystalline phase, morphology, optical transparency, hydrophilicity and photocatalytic activity. The results show that the heat treatment has no effect on the composition of the material, the material is mainly anatase phase at room temperature, and is transformed into rutile after heat treatment. In addition, the doping is conducive to crystal phase transformation after heat treatment due to lattice distortion, Mixed crystal structure. At the same time, the material during heat treatment changes from hydrophobic to hydrophilic.
