目的建立含银杏药妆品中槲皮素的含量测定的方法,为银杏药妆品的质量控制提供方法和依据。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为ODS—2HYPERSIL(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇—0.5%磷酸溶液(50:50,V/V),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为360 nm,柱温为30℃。结果槲皮素在0.0113~0.0678μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈现良好线性关系(r=0.999 6);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD<2%;平均加样回收率为99.42%(RSD=1.53%,n=9)。结论该方法准确、稳定、重复性好,可用于银杏药妆品的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of quercetin in ginkgo cosmetics, and provide a method and basis for quality control of ginkgo cosmeceuticals. Methods Using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. The column was ODS-2HYPERSIL (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm).
