构建“心理契约”是对大学生运动员“契约式”管理模式的丰富、补充和完善。本文运用文献资料法和实验法,论证了“心理契约”在大学生运动员管理中的功能表现以及构建与维护,并在实践中取得很好的成效。最后,阐述了该模式构建实施中应注意的问题:作用对象的特殊性;构建过程的情感性。
Constructing the “psychological contract” is to enrich, supplement and perfect the college student athlete’s “contractual” management mode. In this paper, we use the methods of documentation and experiment to prove the function and construction and maintenance of “Psychological Contract” in the management of college athletes, and achieved good results in practice. Finally, the problems that should be paid attention to in the construction and implementation of this model are expounded: the particularity of the object of action; the emotionality of the construction process.
