本文借用弗雷格涵义与指称理论对《内经》基本名词术语进行分类,通过分析其在汉语与英语中指称与涵义的相似与差异之处,指出中医术语英译过程中产生的分歧是由于对某些术语理解不当而造成的,最后提出从对《内经》基本概念的订正入手审视其英译正误对能否准确体现中医核心理论是关键的一步,从而直接影响世界对中医的理解,切不可使中医核心词汇和基本概念在《内经》重译中失去了最基本的涵义。
This paper uses Frege connotation and reference theory to classify the basic nouns and terms in Neijing by analyzing the similarities and differences between the allegations and connotations in Chinese and English, pointing out that the disagreements arising from the process of English translation of TCM terms are as follows: Finally, it is proposed that starting from the revision of the basic concepts of the Nei Jing, it is crucial to examine the correct translation of the Chinese version of Nephrology to accurately represent the core theories of TCM. This will directly affect the world’s understanding of Chinese medicine. So that the core Chinese vocabulary and basic concepts in the “Nei Jing” retranslation lost the most basic meaning.
