目的:观察人文环境改善联合个性化背景音乐护理在膀胱镜检查中的应用效果。方法:随机选取2015年1月-2016年6月于平阳县人民医院行膀胱镜检查的患者200例,按照护理方式的不同,均分为观察组(n=100)与对照组(n=100),对照组患者给予常规护理模式干预,观察组患者给予改善人文环境护理联合个性化背景音乐护理干预,对比两组患者的依从性、疼痛程度、插管成功率、操作时间以及检查前后心率、收缩压。结果:观察组患者的膀胱镜检查依从性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的疼痛指数、操作时间显著低于对照组(P<0.05),插管成功率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);检查前,两组患者的心率对比差异不显著,无统计学意义(P>0.05);但观察组患者的收缩压显著低于对照组(P<0.05);检查中及检查后,观察组患者的心率、收缩压均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在膀胱镜检查中应用改善的人文环境护理联合个性化背景音乐护理干预,能够显著提高患者的检查依从性与插管成功率,降低患者的疼痛程度,缩短操作时间,具有临床推广使用价值。
Objective: To observe the application of humanistic environment to improve the combined personalized music care in cystoscopy. Methods: A total of 200 patients undergoing cystoscopy in Pingyang People’s Hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected randomly and divided into observation group (n = 100) and control group (n = 100) according to different nursing methods ). The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention. The patients in the observation group were treated with personalized background music nursing interventions to improve humanistic environment care. Comparisons were made between the two groups about the compliance, the degree of pain, the success rate of intubation, the operation time and heart rate before and after examination. Systolic pressure. Results: The compliance of cystoscopy in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). The pain index and operation time in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05), and the success rate of intubation was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05). Before the examination, there was no significant difference in heart rate between the two groups (P> 0.05), but the systolic pressure in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05) After examination, heart rate and systolic blood pressure in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusions: The application of improved humanistic environment nursing combined with personalized background music nursing intervention in cystoscopy can significantly improve patient compliance and success rate of intubation, reduce the degree of pain in patients and shorten the operation time, and has the value of clinical popularization and use .
