我院于1989年5月21日收治“食物中毒”患者6例,原因为午餐进食鸡蛋炒蒜苔。饭后半小时6人均发生呕吐腹泻数次,被×诊所诊为“有机磷农药中毒”?每人肌注阿托品10mg。半小时后6例均出现神志恍惚、烦躁不安、视力模糊、面红口干。查体:6例皆低烧、瞳孔散大、皮干无汗、脉搏110~120次/分、心音强速律整、腹胀、四肢震颤,诊断为阿托品药物中毒。经查,午餐菜为桐油所炒。鉴
