天津市滨海新区中央大道海河隧道工程采用沉管法施工。该沉管隧道连接段是连接沉管水中段与陆地段之间的主体段,基坑开挖深度深,且位于滨海相软弱土区内临河施工,需经历管段出坞、支撑拆除、钢围堰施工以及最终接头施工、支撑再次安装等过程。通过对大型沉管隧道连接段主体结构关键技术研究,解决了在小基坑多道支撑下有限空间内,PC拉索、端钢壳、外包防水、端封门等工程部位施工难点,保证了主体结构施工质量和安全。
