地产复苏仰赖整体经济 据地产业内不完全统计,全年成交量为4000~5000个,交投较去年明显活跃(近两二年来年均为3000~4000个)。主要体现在新楼盘开售反应理想、投资居留法的推动及部分二手楼及积压楼宇被消化。同时,市场所提供的新旧楼宇,也正好适应市场上不同消费者的需求。
