1病例报告患者男,45岁,以腹部不适、食欲不振、乏力、腹胀2年,左上腹疼痛及腰背部隐痛1月为主诉于2010年4月来我院就诊;患者既往健康,无肝、胆、脾、胰等消化器官疾病,亦无严重传染性疾病及肿瘤。查体:T36.6℃、HR81次/分、BP135/85mmHg,一般状况良好,消瘦,皮肤黏膜无黄染、无出血点及瘀斑,全身各浅表淋巴结无肿大;双肺呼吸音清晰,未闻及啰
1 case report Male patient, 45 years old, with abdominal discomfort, loss of appetite, fatigue, abdominal distension for 2 years, pain in the left upper abdomen and lumbago in the back in January as the main complaint came to our hospital in April 2010; the patient was previously healthy, no liver, Gallbladder, spleen, pancreas and other digestive diseases, there are no serious infectious diseases and tumors. Physical examination: T36.6°C, HR81 beats/min, BP135/85mmHg, generally good condition, weight loss, no yellow staining of skin mucous membranes, no bleeding points, no ecchymosis, no enlargement of superficial lymph nodes in the body, clear breath sounds in both lungs , not heard
