《国家学生体质健康标准》(以下简称《标准》)是由教育部和国家体育总局于2007年颁布实施的。客观地讲,作为一项国家出台的具有法律效力的体育制度,实施几年来,它的确发挥了其应有的积极作用。但事物都是一分为二的,再好的《标准》,也需要从实践中来到实践中去,不断接受检验,才能更加充实、完善,从而为有效增强学生体质发挥更大的功效。借此机会,作为长期工作在乡镇学校的小学体育教师,我们也把在《标准》实施过程中遇到的困惑和问题形成文字,与大家探讨:
The National Students’ Physical Health Standard (hereinafter referred to as the “Standard”) was promulgated in 2007 by the Ministry of Education and the State Sports General Administration. Objectively speaking, as a state-sponsored system of sports with legal effects, it has indeed played its due role in the past few years. However, things are divided into two parts. Even the best “standards” also need to come into practice from practice and be constantly tested to make them more substantial and complete, so that they can play a more effective role in effectively enhancing students’ physique.
