用体视学方法对平原移居高原(海拔3900m)实验家兔骨髓幼红细胞造血岛的形态进行了研究。实验结果:高原给药组骨髓幼红细胞造血岛体积密度和数密度均高于高原对照组,而高原给药组幼红细胞血岛平均层次和体积均低于高原对照组,差别有显著意义(P<001)。这些指标说明用药后红血岛数量增多,体积减小。结果提示该草药对低氧环境动物骨髓幼红血岛有一定的作用,可使幼红细胞造血岛的增殖或减少变化波动较平缓。
The morphology of rabbits erythrocyte hemopoietic island was studied by stereological method on the plateaus (altitude 3900m). The results showed that the bulk density and number density of hematopoietic island of erythrocytes in bone marrow administration group were higher than that of plateau control group, while the average level and volume of erythrocytes island plateau in plateau group were lower than that of plateau control group (P <001). These indicators indicate the number of red blood cells after treatment increased volume reduced. The results suggest that this herb has a certain effect on the erythrocyte island of bone marrow in hypoxic environment, which can make the changes of erythrocyte hematopoietic cells fluctuate more slowly.
