目的:建立颞下颌关节骨关节病动物模型。方法:将不同浓度乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)一次性注入两组兔双侧颞下颌关节上腔内,分别于注射后24h,1、4、8、12周后处死动物,对颞下颌关节标本采用组织病理学及扫描电镜观察。结果:注射LDH4周后出现关节表面软骨破坏,关节盘胶原纤维暴露,滑膜慢性炎症等骨关节病表现。结论:本实验建立的颞下颌骨关节病动物模型可用于颞下颌关节骨关节病早、中期病变的研究。
Objective: To establish an animal model of temporomandibular joint osteoarthrosis. Methods: Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) of different concentration was injected into the superior temporomandibular joint of rabbits in one injection. Animals were killed at 24h, 1, 4, 8 and 12 weeks after injection respectively. The temporomandibular joint Using histopathology and scanning electron microscopy. Results: After 4 weeks of LDH injection, the articular cartilage destruction, joint disc collagen exposure and synovial chronic inflammation were observed. Conclusion: The animal model of temporomandibular joint disease established in this study can be used to study the early and intermediate stage of temporomandibular joint osteoarthrosis.
