创新素质培养方案是高校图书馆开展大学生创新素质教育的工作规划。基于“985工程”高校图书馆创新素质教育实践活动的调查,研究大学生创新素质培养方案的相关问题,包括界定图书馆大学生创新素质教育目标,建立图书馆创新素质教育机构,制订创新素质教育人员职责、考核评估办法,确定开展创新素质教育的方法。
Creative Quality Training Program is the Work Plan of University Library Carrying Out Innovative Quality Education for College Students. Based on the investigation of “985 Project” in the practice of innovative quality education in university libraries, this paper studies the related problems of the cultivation of innovative quality of college students, including defining the goals of innovative quality education for college students, establishing innovative quality education institutions in libraries, and developing innovative quality education Staff responsibilities, assessment methods, to determine the methods of carrying out innovative and quality education.
