2001年6月—10月,经请示国务院领导同志同意,中国农业发展银行联合国家粮食局、中国储备粮管理总公司,在全国范围内开展了一次进一步查清粮食企业资产、核实农发行贷款、清收无库存粮食的资金及贷款工作,即清资核贷工作。经过近5个月的攻坚,清资核贷工作取得了显著成果,得到了国务院领导同志的充分肯定。截至2001年10月末,累计清收银企账账差额121.6亿公斤、金额119.1亿元,分别占应清收差额的82.1％和85.3％;清收粮食账实差额
From June to October 2001, upon the approval of the leading comrades of the State Council, China Agricultural Development Bank, in conjunction with the State Grain Administration and China National Grain Reserves Management Corporation, conducted a nationwide inspection to further clarify the assets of grain enterprises, verify loans from Agricultural Development Bank, Clear inventory of non-food funds and loans, that is, the Qing-funded nuclear loan work. After nearly five months of strenuous efforts, the clear-capital verification work has achieved remarkable results and been fully affirmed by the leading comrades of the State Council. As of the end of October 2001, a total of 12.16 billion kilograms of bank accounts and miscellaneous accounts were collected, amounting to 11.91 billion yuan, accounting for 82.1% and 85.3% of the total difference respectively.
