目的探讨外科围手术期高血糖的特点及其处理。方法对2004~2008年五年内外科住院患者中153例围手术期高血糖患者进行回顾性分析。结果发病年龄平均58.2岁,术后发生肺部感染的有9例,尿路感染的有14例,并发切口感染的有10例,发生急性心功能不全的有3例,发生应激性溃疡的有4例,腹泻3例。发生低血糖者有7例,低血钾11例,低血钠18例。结论外科围手术期高血糖患者有一定的特点,外科医生应掌握这些特点并进行正确处理,才能更好地减轻患者痛苦,减少并发症。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of perioperative hyperglycemia and its treatment. Methods A retrospective analysis of 153 patients with perioperative hyperglycemia in surgical inpatients within five years from 2004 to 2008 was conducted. Results The average age of onset was 58.2 years. There were 9 cases of postoperative pulmonary infection, 14 cases of urinary tract infection, 10 cases of incisional infection, 3 cases of acute heart failure and stress ulcer 4 cases, 3 cases of diarrhea. 7 cases of hypoglycemia, hypokalemia in 11 cases, 18 cases of hyponatremia. Conclusion Surgical perioperative hyperglycemia patients have certain characteristics, surgeons should master these characteristics and properly handle, in order to better alleviate the suffering of patients and reduce complications.
