研究了Q275钢控制冷却热处理工艺与控冷后的力学性能,表明Q275钢经控冷后,σ_(0.2)和σ_b提高50%以上,δ_5和α_(KU)值略有降低.力学性能的变化决定于冷却速度引起的组织变化.文中还分析了控冷强化机制和钢中魏氏组织铁素体对性能的影响,并介绍了应用情况.
The mechanical properties of Q275 steel after controlled cooling process and controlled cooling are studied. It is shown that the σ_ (0.2) and σ_b of Q275 steel increase more than 50% and the values of δ_5 and α_ (KU) slightly decrease after controlled cooling. Which is determined by the cooling rate caused by changes in the organization.This paper also analyzes the control cooling strengthening mechanism and steel Wei organization Ferrite on the performance, and describes the application.
