非小细胞肺癌是恶性肿瘤中导致死亡的主要癌症。非小细胞肺癌早期诊断可及时发现病人,及时治疗,以获得较好的治疗效果。因此,很有必要开发一种能够在癌症早期准确诊断非小细胞肺癌的方法。目前来说,肺癌分子标志物检测在非小细胞肺癌的诊断中有一定的价值。大量分子生物学研究表明,基因多态性是肺癌发生的重要因素。此外,在肺癌发展过程中表遗传改变的重要性也逐渐被认识到。在未来非小细胞肺癌研究中,一种结合流行病学、遗传学和表遗传学的综合的研究方法会显得非常重要。
Non-small cell lung cancer is a leading cause of death in cancer. Early diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer patients can be found in a timely manner, in order to obtain better therapeutic effect. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a method that can accurately diagnose non-small cell lung cancer in the early stage of cancer. At present, the detection of molecular markers of lung cancer has a certain value in the diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer. A large number of molecular biology studies have shown that gene polymorphism is an important factor in lung cancer. In addition, the importance of genetic alterations in the development of lung cancer is gradually recognized. In the future study of non-small cell lung cancer, a combination of epidemiology, genetics and epigenetics of comprehensive research methods will seem very important.
