高新技术开发区是改革开放初期建立并发展起来的,已经有几十年的发展进程,对社会和经济的快速发展起到积极的推进作用,为经济崛起做出至关重要的贡献。建立起指标体系,对发展经济和建设高新区的相关指标进行评价,能够推动经济更加持续健康发展。本文在阐述指标体系基本认识的基础上,针对考核指标取向具有差异性、主体具有多重性、内容约束性不足等问题,提出创新科学指标体系的策略。 High-tech development zones were established and developed during the initial stage of reform and opening up. They have been undergoing decades of development and have played a positive role in accelerating social and economic development and making a crucial contribution to the rise of the economy. The establishment of an index system to evaluate the relevant indicators for economic development and the construction of high and new technology zones can promote a more sustained and healthy economic development. Based on the basic understanding of the index system, this paper proposes some strategies to innovate the scientific index system in view of the differences in the orientation of the assessment indicators, the multiplicity of subjects and the lack of binding content.
